Reginald D. Hunter – Headline Act for May’s Comedy Club

Tonight’s headliner is the magnificent Reginald D. Hunter. He will be supported by 2 other comedians and an MC. 

Opening Act – Terry Alderton

Terry Alderton is the definition of original. His slick, fast-paced comedy routines combine characterisation of multiple identities, to create a truly unique experience. Whether he is mimicking a secret conversation turned away from the audience or his mother’s attempt to play video games, guests will come away from the set wondering what on earth just happened and why couldn’t they stop laughing. Terry’s battle with “the voices”, two opposing personalities in his head brought to life on stage, make him a comedian unlike any other. Whereas some may rely on comical anecdote, Terry creates an immersive, unpredictable experience.

Reginald’s TV appearances have included Never Mind The Buzzcocks, QI and Have I Got News For You? He also filmed two series of the BBC2’s hugely popular Reginald D Hunter’s Songs Of The South & Reginald D Hunter’s Songs of The Border, documenting Reginald’s epic road trip through 150 years of American popular song.

Reginald regularly tours the UK and Ireland and he has been seen by audiences around the world from America to Australia.
