Seats Cannot Be Reserved Without Bookings
Unfortunately we cannot reserve seats; all seats need to be paid for at the time of booking. If you have any special requirements i.E. Wheelchair access please ensure that this arrangement is made at our box office on a pre-booked basis, as we have limited spaces available.
Tickets are Non Refundable
We regret that we are unable to exchange tickets or to refund money due to the ticket holder being unable to attend. If an event is sold out we can try to resell unwanted tickets – an administration fee of £1 per ticket is charged.
A £1 administration charge per ticket also applies for the service of moving allocated seats – please note that while you may move from one seat to another within the same show, or to another performance of the same production, we cannot move you between different productions using this method.
