If a show has been rescheduled your tickets and seat numbers remain valid. Ticket holders who cannot attend were entitled to a refund of the face value of your tickets (please note the £1 per ticket booking fee is non refundable) The deadline for claiming was Francis Rossi the 31st March 21, all other shows 30th June 21. After this date no refunds can be offered. We can try to resale your tickets for a £2 per ticket fee, but this is not a guarantee we will be able to, unless a show is sold out. All CETC Vouchers will expire as at the 31st December 21.
We would like to thank the hundreds of customers we have spoken to over the last few months who have been incredibly kind, patient and understanding – thank you all for your loyalty and trust and to all those who have kindly donated their ticket money to us. We are looking forward to having you with us again soon.
Please note: in the rare case that new social distancing rules come into effect, you may be asked to move seats to allow more space between theatre patrons in the auditorium.
If you are unable to attend for any reason including testing positive for Corona Virus, no refund can be claimed. Our charity does not receive funding from any source so unfortunately we do not have the resources to enable refunds.
