WE WANT TO MAKE YOUR VISIT TO THE THEATRE AS COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE.
Please be aware our theatre has a steeply sloped aisle.
We recommend sitting towards the back third of the theatre if you have mobility issues. Please notify the box office team prior to your arrival, if you require any further assistance.
Entering The Theatre
Access to the theatre is available via The Theatre Lounge entrance leading into the theatre foyer or, if requested, the main theatre double doors area, where a removable ramp is available. We also have a lift to the stage and dressing rooms from the ground floor in our back stage area. Once in our foyer area we have a lift to all floors and wheelchairs available for patrons use.
Our theatre lounge area is fully accessible from the front and back of the building. The foyer lift and the back stage lift give access to this area for disabled patrons. We also have a back entrance which is on the level of the theatre lounge which can be used with prior notification to our box office team.
Our stewards are trained to support all of our patrons and can arrange pre-ordered drinks, ice creams and confectionery to be brought over to the top of auditorium area.
The toilet facilities on the first floor, in theatre lounge and dressing rooms include a fully fitted disabled toilet.
Our theatre has a designated area at the top of the auditorium (away from the tiered seating area and sloping aisle) where we can accommodate wheelchairs, carers and those less able to walk down the theatre aisle.
Deaf & Hard Of Hearing
We have a hearing loop fitted in our box office and in the auditorium. Hearing aids should be set to the “t” position for use of this service.
Blind & Partially Sighted
Assistance dogs are welcome in the auditorium, please request an aisle seat when you book. We are happy to guide anyone around our theatre, but are unable to offer a one-to-one carers service.
Please notify the box office team prior to your arrival, if you require any further assistance.
